EVENT ITINERARY
St. Paul Church Area
Friday, October 9th, 2020
11am – 3pm | Drop of logistical equipment, materials and devices in approved designated location within the building
The Athletic Republic Kitchen & Conference Area
3pm – 5pm | Set-up and prep area for COVID19 Volunteer Testing
Sign-in Area, Assembly, load of select food packages and resources materials for the students, families and communities to be distributed the following day.
5:30pm | Welcome All Volunteers (i.e., test, document and instruct)
6pm – 9pm | Assemble all designated resource and relief packages and load them on the U-Haul truck, i.e., along with other logistical equipment, devices and materials
9pm – 11pm | Stage U-Haul in safe and secure area

8am – 10am | Set-up all logistical and staging areas for volunteer welcome, distributional flow, and loading, etc.
10:30am | Opening Welcome & Prayer of Occasion
11:00am | Start of Service Distribution
1pm | Service Distribution “Thank you to All Volunteers”
1pm – 2pm | Clean-up & Close-Out all business matters
