Who’s hosting this event?
Gamma Pi is one of five local chapters that have been tasked with organizing and promoting this event. We are in partnership with LGG, Chi Delta, Mu Nu, and TLL along with the 2nd District.
What is the difference between VIP and General Admission?
VIP Includes:
VIP Private Section
Photography
One for VIP and Purple Carpet
One for General Photography
VIP Private Bar/Bartender
2 Limited Drinks
VIP Private Food Section
VIP Vendor’s Discount
General Admissions tickets do not include any of the above.
Is there food and drinks included? If so, when?
Light appetizers and various non-alcoholic beverages will be included for both general admission and VIP guests at Saturday’s event.
Who will be the entertainment?
On Saturday night, the headline entertainment is expected to be DJ Quicksilva and Quintessential, a jazz band from Richmond VA.
There will be DJs for the Friday night event at the Pose Rooftop Lounge. At this time, those DJs have not been disclosed.
Parking cost is half price for the evening ($15.00)
Is there a room block at the hotel?
Yes. Hotel cost is $249 per night plus taxes and resort fee. The link is provided below:
